1. VHSL Physical dated after 5/1/23
2. Signed concussion form
3. $60 Practice Pack
4. Completed HCA Form (Tessa’s Form)

Trainer- Tessa Crookshank tessa.crookshank@hcahealthcare.com or 804-560-6514 Concussion safety, Hydration, and Lysol wipes to keep stuff clean.

Players buy their own girdles, cleats, and chinstrap (encouraged).

Fundraising card sale Aug 3rd.

Practice times- Report 8am. Meet 815am. 830am-1230pm starting MON 7/24 until 8/14. Week before school MON 8/14 we will practice 3-6pm. Players need to have cleats, gym shoes, and water at every practice. Player must have lockers locked at all times.

Once school starts practice times will be 3-6pm. Monday- Friday. Rides need to be here by 630pm.

Offseason workouts will start 2 weeks after the season. Will be held Mons, Tues, and Thursdays 3-5pm.

Players, coaches, and staff only on the practice field, game field, weight room, or locker room area.

Practice is mandatory. Playing time is not mandatory. Playing time will not be negotiated.

Transportation to and away games- players are to ride to game and back to school with the team. Players are to keep helmet and shoulder pads in the locker room.

1st pair knee pads with practice pack. Next pair $10. First mouth piece in practice pack. Next mouthpiece $5.

Everyone is going to need a new VHSL physical after July 1st. You can go to Kroger for $29. You have to make an appointment online. They say they have the VHSL forms up there.
